- was the lead hydrologist for the Corps of Engineers in its evaluation of the underground drainage system of the City of Chicago.
- designed the drainage systems for residential subdivisions in and around the City of Austin.
- managed the development of the Drainage Criteria Manual for Fort Bend County, Texas.
- managed the development of the Master Drainage Plans for all of the major watersheds in Fort Bend County, Texas.
- evaluated the adequacy of numerous drainage systems throughout Texas for a variety of clients, including developers, engineers, lawyers, landowners and governmental agencies.
- provided consulting services to a variety of governmental agencies on various drainage-related matters, such as the Fort Bend County Drainage District and the Clear Lake City Water Authority.
