Lawrence G. Dunbar, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed attorney here in Texas. He has been practicing as a Water Resources & Environmental Engineer for over 30 years, and as a Water and Drainage attorney for over 20 years.
Mr. Dunbar has been a consultant to both the public and private sector, such as drainage districts, counties, water authorities, developers, engineers, landowners and lawyers. He has served as an expert witness in various administrative proceedings, as well as in both state and federal litigation matters. He has also been a frequent speaker at numerous legal and engineering seminars, and has taught college engineering students as a part-time teacher and lecturer.
